Main tasks:

• Providing assistance and guidance to the customers through various channels such as: phone, chat, email;
• Handling customer accounts in a professional way in their native language;
• Verifying passwords, making changes to clients’ registrations, assisting in transactions and escalations;
• Demonstrating in-depth knowledge about company’s products, processes and procedures.

We would like you to have:

• Fluent level of German – both written and spoken;
• Intermediate level of English;
• Ability to take regular business hours or late shifts, including weekends;
• Decent computer literacy;
• Desire to become a part of a successful structure and learn interesting things about the gaming and gambling leading brands.
