EXPERIENCED NETWORK ENGINEER

Our client is a global Network service providing company, most famous for its solutions which combines on-demand infrastructure, automation, web-based portals to give their clients access to global connectivity.

We are currently expanding a professional and experienced technical team as part of the Networking Team in Sofia, the role is:

EXPERIENCED NETWORK ENGINEER

We would expect from you to:

✔ Ensure stable and reliable services;

✔ Resolve critical and major alarms/issues, which include activities such as replacing faulty cards, troubleshooting, and resolution;

✔ Provide support & liaison of handover of the network from Engineering once network or service is built (from Engineering build to Operational – includes supporting front Line engineers to ensure any ongoing management & support requirements are introduced & maintained effectively);

✔ Support for complex fault resolution where needed, including and providing support to circuit provisioning & or service introductions as required;

✔ Deployment and maintenance of devices/resources, monitoring and reporting tools;

✔ Very good understanding of network protocols;

✔ CCNA valid certification is a must;

✔ Client-facing attitude and excellent soft skills;

✔ Fluent English.
