Due to the expansion of our client base and business operations, we are currently looking for bright and proactive individuals to join our team as HR trainees.
If you would like to:
- Gain experience in the best practices – in the field of Recruitment and HR;
- Be trained, participate and learn from many different HR projects;
- Gain experience and knowledge about different multinational businesses;
- Find out if recruitment and HR is the professional path you want to take.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating different recruitment projects;
- Pre-selection and active work with candidates;
- Actively participate in recruitment campaigns and various administrative activities;
- Organizing meetings;
- Supporting our Senior consultants’ activities;
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Sales/ Telesales /Call Centre;
- Experience in HR and or Recruitment would be an advantage;
- Analytical attitude towards people and business, consultative approach;
- Excellent level of English; any other European language will be a strong advantage;
- Very good communication skills and high level of energy;
- Taking Initiative and with good negotiation skills;
- Personal approach towards clients;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills;
- Act as a problem solver, not a complainer;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Willingness to work and develop in a dynamic environment.
