Due to the expansion of our client base and business operations, we are currently looking for bright and proactive individuals to join our team as Junior Recruitment Consultants!
If you would like to:
- Gain experience in the best practices of Recruitment and Talent Hunting
- Be trained, participate and learn from many different recruitment projects
- Gain experience and knowledge about different multinational businesses
- Find out if recruitment is the professional path you want to take
And you are ready to learn on the job by:
- Coordinating different recruitment projects
- Pre-selection and cold calling of potential candidates
- Actively participate in recruitment campaigns and marketing events
- Supporting our senior consultants’ activities
And you have:
- Minimum 2 years working experience (sales, telesales, etc.)
- Experience in Recruitment would be a plus
- Analytical attitude towards people and business, consultative approach
- Excellent level of English; any other European language will be a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills.
