CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER WANTED?
We seek an innovative and strategic Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead our esteemed client’s product vision and strategy. As a pivotal member of their executive team, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and market analysis to design, development, and launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute product strategy and roadmaps: Align these with the company’s vision and market dynamics to ensure coherent and strategic product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate product vision into actionable plans that deliver impactful results.
- Conduct market research: Identify customer needs, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategic direction.
- Establish metrics and KPIs: Measure product performance and use these insights to inform strategic decisions and improve product offerings.
- Solicit feedback: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive continuous product evolution and improvement.
- Oversee product design: Ensure a strong focus on UX/UI principles to create intuitive, user-centric software products.
- Mentor and develop the product management team: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning, developing the next generation of product leaders.
- Represent the company: Act as a thought leader at industry events, conferences, and in media to enhance the company’s reputation and influence.
Requirements:
- Experience:10+ years of product management experience, including leadership roles.
- Track Record: Proven success in managing the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Technical Background: Strong understanding of software development processes and technical feasibility.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, analytical, and prioritization abilities.
- Customer Insight: Deep understanding of customer needs and market opportunities, with a strong ability to translate these into successful products.
