We are hiring an Embedded Firmware Engineer for our client—an innovative company developing cutting-edge IoT solutions for the security industry. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a motivated and proactive professional ready to take on new challenges and contribute to the future of smart security technology
Your role:
- Design and implement firmware for award-winning alarm communicators, panels, and next-gen IoT devices.
- Work with 4G-LTE, 5G, Z-Wave, Zigbee, and other smart security and home automation technologies.
- Develop and optimize firmware solutions, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Refactor and enhance existing code while troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies to improve code efficiency.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment, including pair programming.
- Perform analog and digital data analysis using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and other tools.
- Communicate with hardware manufacturers and support fellow team members.
What You Need:
- Strong C programming skills.
- Solid understanding of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
- Experience with RTOS, ST Microcontrollers, GSM modules, or IoT devices is a plus.
