We are seeking a strategic and analytical Pricing & Packaging Strategy Manager to drive revenue growth through innovative pricing strategies and data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: – Develop and execute pricing and packaging strategies to optimize ARR growth. – Conduct market and customer research to refine pricing models and bundling options. – Analyze key business data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales) to align pricing with business goals. – Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. – Streamline pricing structures for better sales and customer experience. – Monitor competitor pricing and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications: – 7-10 years of experience in pricing, strategy, or related fields (SaaS preferred). – Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. – Proven ability to influence key stakeholders and drive independent projects. – Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership teams. – Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Skills & Knowledge: – Deep understanding of SaaS pricing models. – Ability to work in a dynamic, competitive environment. – Strong data analysis and decision-making capabilities.
