Your Impact

As an AI Engineer Optimization Systems, you will play a key role in developing and implementing AI-driven optimization models to enhance resource allocation and decision-making. Your expertise will contribute to building efficient, data-driven solutions that improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement optimization algorithms and AI models to optimize resource allocation.
• Develop data pipelines to collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain software tools and frameworks for deploying and monitoring AI models in production.
• Work closely with business and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of optimization techniques (e.g., linear programming, constraint programming, metaheuristics).
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning fundamentals, including supervised and unsupervised learning, optimization algorithms, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant libraries such as Pandas, PySpark, NumPy, SciPy, PuLP, and OR-Tools.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles is a plus.
• A problem-solving mindset with a focus on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and meet user needs.
