We are looking for a responsible Customer Support Team Leader focused on Crypto field.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, instructions, and guidance to the assigned group of people
• Conduct regular 1:1 meeting with team members, including positive recognition and addressing individual performance improvements
• Recruit and onboard new team members
• Help the Operations team expand the internal knowledge base and improve internal crypto assets related processes
• Help the Operations team expand their expertise in blockchain operations and knowledge of major blockchain assets.
• Track execution and participate in testing any new crypto platform features
• Assist Head of Operations in client communications around day-to-day issues and take actions where necessary to exceed their expectations
• Act as the connection between Customer Success, Product and other teams in regard to product update requests and operational excellence
• Work with the cross-functional teams to identify and drive improvements, help resolve difficult cases and drive decisions
• Interact with stakeholders across the organization, including Commercial, Product, Legal, Compliance etc.
• Work together with Product/Tech teams to propose new platform features based on Voice of Client and Voice of the Team
• Drive the creation of the action plans and support the execution

Requirements:

• 2-3 years Team Management experience. Experience of managing a team and able to make strategic business decisions
• 5 – 10 years experience within Operations role (Customer Support Experience)
• 3+ years experience within cryptocurrency and blockchain financial operations
• Experience of managing a team and able to make strategic business decisions
• Knowledge of how digital currencies work, blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and different blockchain networks.
• Understanding of potential risks in the crypto space, and how to mitigate them
• Ability to manage crypto operations, which are highly sensitive and critical
• Result driven person with goal-oriented mindset, passionate about payments industry and with proven track record of achieving results as part of the Operations team
• Strong communication and people skills
• Familiar with Microsoft tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) as well as Jira. Knowledge of Confluence or Tableau will be considered a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
