“Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” For our client, a recognized software company, we are looking for a Telecom Support Engineer, who will design solutions, analyze data using research methods and analytical tools, build and manage a virtual lab for core network testing, support the architecture and implementation of STP/DRA routing, and more. – Supporting 2G/3G/4G/5G core network and billing elements. – Communicating with customers and internal departments. – Creating technical documentation and following engineering best practices. Key skills and experience: – Experience with 2G, 3G, 4G, VPN, TCP/ IP. – Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills. Nice to Have: – Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, IT, Computer Science, or similar – Experience with Linux OS is considered as an advantage. – Familiarity with monitoring systems like Zenoss/Zabbix is a plus. – Experience with Jira, MySQL, Kubernetes is considered beneficial.
