We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and optimize Salesforce applications that support evolving business needs. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, while ensuring best practices in Salesforce development, performance, and security. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

– Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
– Develop and manage integrations with external systems via APIs and web services.
– Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
– Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
– Create and maintain technical documentation (design specs, release notes, user guides).
– Participate in code reviews, ensuring compliance with development standards and best practices.
– Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
– 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience.
– Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration (Lightning Experience, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
– Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce development tools.
– Solid understanding of Salesforce data models (objects, fields, relationships).
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

– Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder, Administrator).
– Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
– Familiarity with Salesforce Community Cloud or similar platforms.
– Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
