We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM Engineer to take ownership of delivering end-to-end platform solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects — from configuring core modules and automating workflows to driving CMDB integrity, fine-tuning Discovery, and integrating with DevOps pipelines to enhance operational agility

Key responsibilities:
• Configure and customise ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Event, Discovery) to meet organisational needs.
• Develop custom workflows and automate processes using Flow Designer and Scripted REST APIs.
• Deploy, configure, and fine-tune ServiceNow Discovery to ensure accurate infrastructure and service mapping.
• Maintain and ensure the integrity of the CMDB, aligning with enterprise standards.
• Design and implement advanced dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on key metrics and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Integrate ServiceNow workflows with DevOps pipelines for CI/CD and release management.
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues, implementing sustainable solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in configuring and implementing ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management).
• Strong expertise in ITOM capabilities (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration).
• Experience with SPM modules (PPM, APM, Demand Management).
• Proficiency in Flow Designer, Orchestration, and automation tools within ServiceNow.
• Advanced knowledge of ITIL practices and their application in ServiceNow.
• Skilled in advanced reporting and dashboard creation.
• Strong experience with third-party integrations using web services (REST/SOAP).
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and ensure platform governance.
• Experience mentoring junior team members or training end-users.
