IT Enterprise Architect/ Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Alignment:
•  Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with business goals and operational efficiency targets.
•  Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable, future-proof technology solutions.
•  Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations for IT investments, supporting Industry 4.0 and digital transformation initiatives.
Architecture Design & Governance:
•  Design and maintain architecture frameworks ensuring scalability, interoperability, security, and performance across manufacturing and administrative systems (ERP, MES, SCADA, IoT, etc.).
•  Define and enforce architecture standards, policies, and governance models.
•  Lead architecture reviews and oversee solution design for complex initiatives and systems integration projects.
•  Collaborate closely with global process owners and cross-functional teams.
Technical Leadership:
•  Provide expert-level guidance on IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, system integration, cybersecurity, and data management.
•  Act as a bridge between IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments.
•  Mentor cross-functional teams and promote a culture of architectural excellence and technical innovation.
Collaboration & Communication:
•  Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
•  Lead cross-functional working groups and participate in IT steering committees to drive architectural decisions.
Requirements:
•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
•  Minimum 5 years of experience as an Enterprise Architect.
•  Hands-on experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.
•  Experience with enterprise architecture of Azure Cloud and understanding of MS Fabrics, MS Office 365, Data Lake, DevOps practices, etc.
•  Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies (Azure, Microsoft ecosystem, etc.), application architecture, and cybersecurity principles.
•  Experience with manufacturing systems and technologies, including ERP (e.g. SAP), MES, PLCs, and Industrial IoT.
•  Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and deliver complex IT and architecture initiatives.
•  Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•  Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure/AWS Architect, or similar.
•  Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and IT/OT convergence.
•  Experience in global, multi-site manufacturing environments.
