We are looking for Mid DevOps Engineer (AWS)
What you will be doing:
- Infrastructure Management: Building, maintaining, and improving highly available cloud environments, with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.
- Security & Stability: Contributing to security initiatives, vulnerability programs, and platform hardening to improve overall system stability and code quality.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborating closely with engineers, mentoring team members, designing core service functionality, and contributing to shared libraries and tooling.
Technical Representation:
- Participating in and contributing to the wider tech community, including conferences and technical events.
- Technologies you will work with
- AWS ecosystem: CloudFormation, EKS, SAM, Fargate, Lambda
- Globally distributed systems and service resiliency architectures
- RDS Aurora Global Database
- Golang-based microservices architecture
- CI/CD tooling: GitHub Actions, ArgoCD
Must-have requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or Systems Administrator
- Proven experience working with at least one cloud provider
- Strong Linux administration and performance tuning skills
- Solid Shell scripting experience
- Good understanding of cloud security concepts (IAM, SAML, CloudTrail, Config, etc.)
- Infrastructure as Code experience (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Strong Kubernetes knowledge (EKS)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions)
- Experience with high-load systems and globally distributed infrastructures
- Hands-on experience with AWS
