DATA & ANALYTICS DELIVERY MANAGER WANTED?

Talent Hunter is seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Delivery Manager for a leading international organisation to drive complex, cross-functional data and analytics programs at enterprise scale.

In this role, you will lead multiple Agile squads delivering data platforms, engineering, and BI solutions, ensuring strong business value, technical excellence, and on-time delivery. You will operate in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment, managing risks, dependencies, and senior stakeholders while enabling data-driven transformation across the organisation. The technology landscape includes Microsoft Fabric, Azure Integration Services, IDMC, and Tibco EBX.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale IT programs across multiple delivery teams
• Manage Agile processes and governance (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Partner with senior stakeholders and promote a product mindset
• Oversee risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
• Coach teams and scale Agile maturity across squads
• Prepare business cases and delivery plans

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex technology programs
• Strong expertise in Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent senior stakeholder management skills
• Background in enterprise data and analytics initiatives
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Advantage: SAFe SPC, A-CSM, or similar certifications
