GENERATIVE AI ENGINEER WANTED?
Talent Hunter is seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer for an international technology organisation delivering large-scale IT services across multiple countries.
In this role, you will design and build cutting-edge Generative AI solutions that create content, extract insights from unstructured data, and transform business processes. You will take AI applications from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability while working in agile, cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI applications and services
- Deliver end-to-end solutions from prototype to production
- Build scalable, high-quality applications using modern software and DevOps practices
- Translate GenAI product requirements into robust technical implementations
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Mentor teammates and support technical problem-solving
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Several years of professional software development experience
- Strong background in scalable architectures, SDLC, and design patterns
- Advanced programming skills in Python
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Strong interest in Generative AI and continuous learning
- Very good English skills; German is a plus
