What You Will Do:
• Feature Ownership: Lead the design and development of core features from initial ideation to production.
• Architecture & Scalability: Collaborate on improving product architecture, performance, and high-volume data handling.
• Complex Problem Solving: Tackle challenges related to data pipelines, secure protocols, and cloud integrations.
• Product Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers to define the roadmap and ensure a superior user experience.
• Modern Development: Write clean, efficient code in Python (and occasionally Go), embracing AI-assisted coding tools to work smarter.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Core Language: Advanced Python and its ecosystem (Deep expertise required).
• Frameworks: Strong experience with Flask is a significant advantage.
• Databases: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Protocols: Proficiency with file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Cloud & Storage: Experience with cloud storage services and integration patterns.
• Secondary Language: Familiarity with Go (or a strong willingness to learn it).
• Environment: Mac or Windows (your choice) and modern AI-assisted development tools.
