If you would like to:

• Gain experience in the best practices of IT Recruitment and Talent Hunting

• Be trained, participate, and learn from many different recruitment projects

And you are ready to learn on the job by:

• Coordinating different recruitment projects

• Pre-selection and cold-calling of potential candidates

• Actively participate in recruitment campaigns and marketing events

• Supporting our senior consultants’ activities

• Work on performance targets

And you have:

• Working experience in an HR agency would be considered a great plus

• Analytical attitude towards people and business, consultative approach

• Excellent level of English; any other European language will be a strong advantage

• Excellent communication skills.
