LINUX SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR WANTED?
Position Description:
- Linux administrator with experience in virtualization, Linux system administration, and configuration management
- Expertise in troubleshooting diagnosing issues, isolating faults, and resolving critical problems.
- Knowledge of Shell scripting languages
- Administration of production, development, and test environments with Ubuntu, RH Linux, etc.
- Experience in installing, configuring, and managing Linux-based systems and applications using automation and configuration management tools;
- Understanding of scripting languages such as Python / Bash.
- Familiarity with web hosting control panels like cPanel / DirectAdmin / Webmin.
- Practical experience with virtualization technologies: OpenVZ / KVM / Xen.
- Experience with Linux, database configuration, and application server.
- Some of the following expertise is considered an advantage:
- Familiarity with popular server-oriented Linux distributions: Ubuntu / Debian / CentOS.
- Basic understanding of network protocols: DHCP / HTTP / FTP / SMTP / DNS.
- Experience with OpenStack
Expectations:
- Higher education in the field of information technology.
- Linux-based Certifications like LPIC1 and LPIC2 are good to have.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Works in the area of building and maintaining Linux-based solutions.
- Prepares and documents projects and proposals for clients.
- Reviews and validates solutions from a technical standpoint.
- Designs and configures complex components of the solution.
- Provides elements, configurations, and execution details for the solution.
- Installs, upgrades, administers, monitors, and integrates solutions in the cloud.
- Creates, documents, updates, escalates, and resolves cases in the IT infrastructure of company clients.
- Adheres to work discipline, and records work with company systems.
- Assists in building a positive, friendly team with effective communication at all levels.
- Offers and develops management and control systems for the company.
