SPLUNK CONSULTANT  WANTED?

Main responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Ticket handling (Incident Tickets, Service Requests)
  • Change Implementation (mostly post Business hours)
  • Software Updates and License Management
  • Monitor and Manage Splunk Infrastructure, and perform Health checks.
  • To maintain high customer service for all support queries and adhere to service management principles.
  • Ensure all the KPIs are met by following standard processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of experience in Splunk Core/ITSI implementation
  • Installation/Configuration/Managing Splunk Enterprise and ITSI
  • Good knowledge of Linux, Firewall, and load-balancing principles.
  • Design, development, and implementation of the Splunk Infrastructure as well as support operational activities.
  • Strong knowledge of Splunk Architecture, Distributes, and Multi-Site Clustered Architecture.
  • Experience in Data onboarding, requirements gathering, and testing to onboard new data sources via Universal forwarder, API, Syslog, Traps, etc.
  • Perform routine software updates and minor releases.
  • Strong scripting knowledge in SPL, PERL, Shell/VB, Python, etc.
  • Experience in Integrations with other Monitoring tools, Reporting tools, Ticketing tools, etc.
  • Experience in various monitoring Solutions (Storage, backup, server, Network, APM, etc.)
  • Experience in Optimizing existing and new search queries and dashboards to improve performance.
  • Provide technical support and assist with Incident and problem tickets for Splunk Enterprise and ITSI.
