We’re looking for an AI/ML Engineer to help build next-generation AI applications — including chatbots, RAG systems, and conversational platforms — using Azure AI, Prompt Flow, and vector search technologies.
You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and gain hands-on experience across the full AI lifecycle: data preparation, model testing, code development, and deployment pipelines. This role is perfect for someone eager to grow in MLOps, CI/CD, and responsible AI practices.
What You’ll Do
- Support development of AI/ML applications using Azure AI Services and Prompt Flow.
- Write clean, testable Python code and assist in model validation and tuning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and code reviews.
- Contribute to deployment pipelines and help ensure fair, explainable AI.
- Collaborate in a diverse, cross-functional engineering team.
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- ~2 years of experience with Python and basic knowledge of machine learning concepts.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban), and RESTful APIs.
- Exposure to Azure ML, Prompt Flow, or similar cloud ML platforms.
- Curiosity, teamwork, and strong communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Docker, microservices, vector search, or RAG systems.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles — fairness, transparency, and explainability
