DATA ENGINEER WANTED?
We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join a dynamic team and work across the full lifecycle of modern data platforms. The role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining scalable data warehouse and ETL/ELT solutions in a cloud environment, with a strong emphasis on Azure, SQL, and data integration.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory and IBM DataStage
- Build and manage data warehouses, lakehouses, dataflows, and datasets
- Support Azure-based data platforms (Data Lake, Synapse, Storage Accounts, Key Vault)
- Integrate data from internal and external systems and support cloud migration initiatives
- Ensure data quality, security, governance, and performance
- Collaborate closely with BI, analytics, and data science teams
- Troubleshoot data pipeline issues and optimize existing solutions
Required experience:
- Strong SQL skills
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT and data warehousing (DWH)
- Experience with Azure data services and Microsoft integration tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and/or IBM DataStage
- Understanding of data modeling and integration patterns
- Experience with Python or PowerShell is a plus
