We are looking for a DevOps Quality Engineer who thrives at the crossroads of infrastructure, cloud, and automation. In this role, you will be the primary safeguard for our platform reliability, ensuring that deployments across data centers, branch offices, and Azure environments meet the highest standards of resilience, uptime, and performance.

You will play a critical role in validating Infrastructure as Code (IaC), performing smoke tests, and scripting automation to detect regressions before they impact the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Validation: Plan and execute functional and non-functional testing for cloud deployments, configuration updates, and physical data center changes.

• Reliability Engineering: Verify IaC deployments (Terraform/ARM) and lead post-deployment smoke testing to ensure platform integrity.

• Automation & Scripting: Write and maintain automation scripts and checklists for network, AV, and platform components to support regression detection.

• Defect Investigation: Diagnose deployment failures, investigate latency/failover issues, and retest fixes with a focus on maximum uptime.

• Risk Management: Participate in sprint planning to identify infrastructure risks and recommend testing scopes for cloud and network resilience.

Qualifications:

• Certifications: ISTQB Foundation (minimum); ITIL v3/v4 Foundation is highly desirable.

• Cloud & IaC: Microsoft Azure, Terraform, ARM Templates.

• CI/CD & Testing Tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Selenium, Cypress, Git.

• Test Management: TestRail, Zephyr, and automated defect clustering.

• Automation: Scripting for infrastructure provisioning and regression assurance.

• Monitoring: Platform metrics analysis (uptime, latency, cost performance).

• AI/ML: Familiarity with AI-assisted test generation and predictive analytics.
