Role Overview:

As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering software training, developing course materials, and supporting internal education initiatives. You will play a key role in customer success by providing high-quality training sessions online.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions (public, online, and onsite).
• Conduct monthly product webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Develop and update course materials based on best practices.
• Customize training for specific client needs.
• Collaborate with consultants to create end-user training plans.
• Maintain training environments and IT equipment.
• Provide feedback to product and engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of IT training experience, delivering software training to adult learners.
• Strong presentation and audience engagement skills.
• Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of databases, cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and IT security.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and create effective training content.
