We are looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing IT company. The ideal candidate is fluent in both French and English and has proven experience in IT recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Track hiring outcomes and improve processes.
- Conduct sourcing and headhunting activities.
- Support employer branding and junior talent hiring.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of the IT job market.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proactive mindset, data-driven approach, and passion for tech.
- Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
