We are currently looking for an experienced ITSM Solution Manager & ServiceNow Platform Lead to manage and improve IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and platforms, ensuring efficient integration and high service reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design, implementation, and optimization of ITSM solutions and processes.
Oversee ITSM tool management (e.g., ServiceNow) and ensure seamless service delivery.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to align ITSM with company objectives.
Manage ITSM tool integrations and vendor relationships.
Drive continuous improvement in ITSM processes and user satisfaction.
Lead a small team, ensuring effective collaboration across IT and business units.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT Operations/Service Management with expertise in ITIL.
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
Excellent project management skills (Agile and Waterfall).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
