For our client, a product comapny at Sofia, we are looking Product Desgin Lead.
The Mission
In this role, you will report directly to the CPO, serving as the primary design authority for a diverse range of platforms (Web, Mobile, PWA, and Internal Tools).
- Strategic Stewardship: Define the overarching product design philosophy. You’ll translate complex player needs into intuitive, high-impact UX/UI directions.
- Design System Governance: Evolve and scale a robust, cross-platform Design System. You’ll be the gatekeeper for components, tokens, and responsiveness.
- Elevated Craft: Lead the design of critical journeys—from the first „Sign Up“ to sophisticated gamification, loyalty loops, and immersive gameplay.
- Team Mentorship: Build, inspire, and guide a talented team of UX/UI designers. You’ll set the bar for workflows, design critiques, and documentation excellence.
Who You Are
- You have 4+ years of Product Design experience with a deep, proven background in iGaming
- Lead experience
- You have a track record of owning or scaling sophisticated Design Systems.
- You focus on micro-interactions, behavioral design, and motion that enhances the user experience without sacrificing performance.
- You can influence product roadmaps, challenge assumptions constructively, and work hand-in-hand with Engineering and Product Managers.
- Expert-level Figma skills and a solid understanding of front-end implementation realities.Social benefits:
