For our client we are searching QA Technical Lead

Role Overview

As the QA Team Leader, you will serve as the primary guardian of product integrity. This is a hybrid leadership position that balances high-level strategy with hands-on technical execution. You will oversee the entire testing lifecycle—from initial estimation and resource planning to the final resolution of defects. Your mission is to ensure that the software protecting global brands remains robust, reliable, and high-performing.

Core Responsibilities

  • Process Architecture: Define and refine QA methodologies and standards to optimize the testing workflow.
  • Team Guidance: Supervise daily operations, mentor junior engineers, and manage project timelines to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Technical Synchronization: Partner closely with Development and Engineering departments to streamline bug fixes and feature improvements.
  • System Evaluation: Oversee comprehensive testing cycles covering UI, functional requirements, and backend performance.
  • Global Synergy: Work in tandem with international production teams to align quality benchmarks across different regions.

Technical Qualifications

  • Education: University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technical background.
  • Experience: At least 7 years in QA Engineering
  • Leadership: A minimum of 2 years in a formal supervisory or lead role is mandatory.
  • Tech Stack Proficiency:  Deep knowledge of Web and Backend/Server testing.
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols and web architecture (CCNA/CCNP is a plus).
  • Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman/REST) and database configurations (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Automation: Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting (Python, C#, or Java) is highly desirable.
