SCRUM MASTER WANTED?

For their fast-growing Development Center in Sofia, they are looking for: Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Guiding the teams on how to use Agile/Scrum practices;
• Guiding the team to work better together as a team, faster, with better quality;
• Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution;
• Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information;
• Supporting and working closely with the Product Owner and other Scrum Masters.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years experience working as Scrum Master on IT projects;
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience;
• Experience in using JIRA / Confluence;
• Solid reporting skills and analytical skills;
• Fluent English.
