SERVICENOW ATF DEVELOPER WANTED?

Talent Hunter is hiring a ServiceNow ATF Developer for a large international organization undergoing enterprise-scale IT transformation.
The role
We are looking for a hands-on ServiceNow professional who combines development and automated testing expertise. You will be involved in the full development lifecycle, owning Automated Test Framework (ATF) suites while actively contributing to platform configuration, scripting, and enhancements across multiple ServiceNow modules.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ATF test suites for ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and custom applications
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow functionality using JavaScript and Glide APIs
- Ensure test coverage for new features, fixes, and platform upgrades
- Configure and support workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, and catalog items
- Support CMDB population, data quality, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Assist with Incident, Change, and Request Management processes
- Build reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics
- Support integrations, release validation, bug fixing, and platform administration
- Gather requirements, document use cases, and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- Hands-on ServiceNow development experience (not testing only)
- Strong knowledge of ATF, regression testing strategies, and automation best practices
- Solid scripting and debugging skills
- Experience working in ITIL-aligned environments
- Understanding of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
- Familiarity with ITOM capabilities (Discovery, CMDB, Service Mapping)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused mindset
Nice to have
- Experience with SPM modules (PPM, APM)
- Performance Analytics reporting and dashboards
- ServiceNow CSA and/or ITIL Foundation certification
