We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Engineer to take full ownership of end-to-end platform solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between infrastructure accuracy and operational agility, driving CMDB integrity and automating complex workflows to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Module Configuration: Lead the implementation of ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change) and ITOM (Event, Discovery) to meet complex organizational needs.
• Automation & Scripting: Develop custom workflows using Flow Designer and Scripted REST APIs to reduce manual effort and improve SLAs.
• Infrastructure Accuracy: Deploy and fine-tune ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to ensure a high-integrity CMDB with reliable dependency mapping.
• Strategic Insights: Design data-driven dashboards and advanced reporting tools in SPM (PPM, APM) to support executive decision-making.
• Integration & DevOps: Architect integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools (REST/SOAP) and align workflows with CI/CD and release management processes.
• Technical Leadership: Uphold platform governance standards, perform root cause analysis for complex issues, and mentor junior colleagues within an Agile squad.
Qualifications:
• Education: Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience.
• Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience in configuring, scripting, and maintaining ServiceNow modules.
• Strategic Skills: Proven ability to design service delivery processes that align with global organizational goals.
• Automation Tools: Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Scripted REST APIs.
• Integrations: Web Services (REST, SOAP) and third-party system connectors.
• DevOps: Integration with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
