We are currently looking for a Security System Engineer to join their expanding Infrastructure team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a hybrid cloud environment, supporting large-scale production systems and contributing to the security and automation of critical infrastructure.

The position follows a hybrid work model with one day per week required in the office in Sofia.

What you will do:
– Manage and secure Linux and Windows systems in production environments
– Deploy and maintain VMware vSphere/ESXi and NGINX load balancers
– Implement security solutions (AD, SSO, SSL/PKI)
– Automate infrastructure with tools like Ansible, Terraform, GitLab
– Support hybrid cloud setups (on-prem + AWS)
– Troubleshoot complex system issues and ensure high system resiliency
– Collaborate with DevOps and Development teams

What you bring:
– 3+ years of experience as a Linux Systems Administrator
– Strong hands-on knowledge of VMware and NGINX
– Experience with Active Directory, SSO, and SSL certificates
– Skills in automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, PowerShell
– Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
– Fluent English

Nice to have:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– AWS experience (EC2, VPC, S3, etc.)
– Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
– Experience with NetApp storage
